End of Day 2

So here I am and it's the end of the day. I was a little bad today. Maybe more so. But it's interesting how you don't know what you consume everyday until you actually write it down. It's hard when you're working out and because of it you're hungry even more :P lol But it's for good reasons. Better to feel hungry cuz you worked out than not do anything today. :P Here's my log:

FOOD LOG:
  • Slim-fast shake: 190 cal
  • Granola bar: 90 cal
  • Subway turkey sandwich (with cheese): 320 cal
  • Baked Lay's: 130 cal
  • Cookie (one only!): 130 cal (yeah...but it had oatmeal and granola...and dark chocolate!)
  • String cheese: 70 cal
  • Herb butter salmon: 350 cal
  • Broccoli with cheese sauce: 180 cal
  • Ice cream sandwich: 140 cal
  • Bowl of cereal: 100 cal
TOTAL CAL INTAKE: 1700 cal <-------bad Mayte :(

EXERCISE LOG:
  • Eliptical: 433 cal
  • Treadmill: 217 cal
TOTAL CAL BURNED: 700 cal

So I made my exercise calorie quota but kinda went over on the intake. :P BUT tomorrow's a new day and I start my job! Wish me luck!

PS: I'm glad a few of my friends are getting inspired by me blogging. Hopefully them being inspired will inspire me to go through with this! XD Thanks guys!
