- Herb butter salmon: 350 cal
- Broccoli with cheese sauce: 180 cal
- Ice cream sandwich: 140 cal
- Bowl of cereal: 100 cal
EXERCISE LOG:
- Eliptical: 433 cal
- Treadmill: 217 cal
So I made my exercise calorie quota but kinda went over on the intake. :P BUT tomorrow's a new day and I start my job! Wish me luck!
