Day 6: Break time!
Today I decided to take a break from the gym only because I'm still feeling the cold bug creeping in. :( I'm actually fine now but woke up all groggy and my throat was bothering me. So that's why I decided to stay home. Still trying to watch what I eat. I'm making apple and sage pork chops tonight so let's see how that goes. :P lol I want to have it with wild rice, but if Mike's mom is going to have some then I think it's safer to go with the traditional mash potatoes and corn. :) Or green beans....not sure which yet. TTYL!
